The annual Torbay Steam Fair takes place this weekend, Friday, Saturday and Sunday August 2nd, 3rd & 4th at the showground between Churston and Galmpton.  Jonathan Bye, director of Eric Lloyd & Co will be at the show presenting the Eric Lloyd & Co vintage Austin van.  If you are at the show come along and say hello.  The show pays homage to the country’s agricultural and industrial heritage with a gleaming line up of steam traction engines complimented by displays of vintage and classic cars, commercial and military vehicles. There are daily displays in the arena plus a fun fair for all ages.  The village of Galmpton is only a short walk from the showground where Eric Lloyd & Co have just completed two hattricks of sales.  The first is the sale of three bungalows in Higher Warborough Road and the second is the sale of three holiday bungalows at Galmpton Holiday Park.  The office still has one further bungalow available at the holiday park together with a wide cross section of properties for sale in the village as well as an outstanding barn conversion at Alston Farm which virtually borders the showground.  Whether you are looking to buy or sell in Galmpton village call into the Eric Lloyd & Co office at Windy Corner to discuss the requirements of your property search or to arrange a free and without obligation valuation if you are considering selling.  If you can’t make it in person call Rachel, Tina or Laura on 01803 844466.
