Next weekend sees the start of the many and varied events taking place during the summer months in Brixham and Paignton.  The now world famous Brixham Pirate Festival takes place on Saturday, Sunday and Monday with all manner of activities taking place around the harbour and in the town itself.  Visitors to the port this weekend would think that the “Skull and Crossbones” is the Brixham town flag!  The atmosphere in the town is fantastic with huge numbers dressed in pirate attire.  The harbour bowl echoes to the sound of cannon fire and sea shanties.   The team at Eric Lloyd & Co will be joining in the fun on Saturday, but don’t worry our gang plank only leads into the office!   On Paignton seafront the annual BMAD (Bikers Make a Difference) Festival takes place on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.  Over the years BMAD has raised thousands of pounds for charity with this festival being their major event of the year.  Paignton promenade is usually lined from end to end with motorcycles of every age, shape and size with trade stands and a music stage on the green providing entertainment all weekend.  Both of these events draw large numbers of visitors to our towns which judging by the finger prints on our windows many have an interest in the South Devon property market.  If you are considering selling get revved up and give us a call on Brixham 01803 852773 or Paignton 01803 844466.
