Jonathan Bye is the firm’s managing director with overall responsibility for both offices. He is a local man, born in Paignton hospital, educated locally, gained a degree from Nottingham University and is a fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents. He has spent all of his working life in estate agency in Torbay and as a result has a wealth of experience to call upon as well as a detailed local knowledge of Brixham, Churston, Galmpton, Broadsands and Hookhills. There can be few roads locally where he has not been in a good percentage of the properties.When he is not working, which is not often ! he enjoys life with his family and shares his two sons’ passion for motor sport. His daughter is a keen photographer and many of the images on this website were photographed by her.

Edwin Morgan is the Senior Sales Negotiator at our Brixham office. He has an exceptional knowledge of Brixham and its surrounding area, having lived and worked here his whole life. You won’t come across a property he doesn’t know about! Edwin has been with us since 1998, but previously worked in the well-known local family business, Morgan’s Chemist. In his spare time Edwin can be found on his tennis courts in Churston or spending time with his wife and two girls.

Rachel joined the world of estate agency in 2001 and quickly progressed to the role of Manager in our Churston branch, due to her natural flair for estate agency as well as her drive and enthusiasm. Rachel also has a detailed knowledge of the local area, having lived in both Galmpton and Brixham.

Vanessa is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and has obtained the Certificate of Practice in Estate Agency. As part time Senior Sales Administrator she is responsible for all aspects of selling your property from the initial “take-on” to progressing sales through to a satisfactory conclusion for all parties. Vanessa joined the company in 1984, was born and brought up in Brixham and has an extensive knowledge of the local area.

Chris Alfieri now enjoying retirement provides the sales administration for the Churston Office at busy times when needed. She has been with Eric Lloyd & Co. since 1984 and what Chris doesn’t know about estate agency isn’t worth knowing! During her time with us she has built up a truly exceptional knowledge of estate agency as well as an intimate knowledge of the local area.

Sandra Harmer is the company’s Sales Administrator for our Churston office. Sandra is a local lady, having lived in Torbay since 1986 and knows the area well. She can be found in the office 6 days out of 7 and will always be happy to assist you in your search for your ideal property.

Rachel’s career in estate agency started when she came to Eric Lloyd & Co on a week’s work experience whilst she was in the sixth form at Churston Ferrers Grammer School. She liked it so much that when a vacancy arose for a sales negotiator she jumped at the chance and is now a valued member of the sales team carrying out both viewing appointments and preparing sales particulars. She is a student member of the National Association of Estate Agents and is has passed her Technical Award in Estate Agency and is currently studying for her Diploma in Estate Agency.

Gloria is the sales administrator for the Brixham office and is the latest recruit to Eric Lloyd & Co. She brings with her a wealth of organisational experience. She has moved from Buckingshire to return to her husbands Devonian roots and is always happy to help in finding your ideal property.

Bob is one of our team of part time assistants. He retired to Broadsands after a successful career in the home counties, and now thoroughly enjoys assisting with viewing appointments on Saturdays and on other busy times at the Churston Broadway office.

Lionel assists in Brixham with the busy Saturday morning schedule of viewing appointments. He is also a local man, and when he is not at work enjoys time on the waters of the bay in his boat.

Hannah is the daughter of the company’s director, Jonathan Bye, and is the third generation of the Bye family to have worked in the business. Between travels in her gap year Hannah helps in the office on Saturdays and at other busy times as well as using her photographic skills for many of the images used on the company’s website and other literature.
