FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Most house buyers form their first impressions within seconds of approaching a property, so by giving your home ‘kerb appeal’ it will help not only with help with the number of viewings, but will also give that vital first impression.

You don’t need to spend a fortune as a few simple jobs can create the right impression – clean the windows and wash down the frames (re-paint if necessary), clean the front door.  If you have a front garden then spend a little time sprucing it up with a few plant pots.  Make sure that the entrance path is clear and weed free and any grass area is trimmed.  Move bins out of view and clear away anything unsightly.

Bill Bye, Managing Director, said:  “First impression are crucial when selling. You want them to walk up the drive or path already feeling impressed and excited to see inside”.

When our valuers visit your property they are always happy to give any advice before you market your home for sale.
