On Monday evening, the Government announced another lockdown for the country, however the housing market has been allowed to remain open.  This means that people looking to move home will be able to both continue with planned moves and view new properties to move into in the future.

The team at Eric Lloyd & Co. will continue to undertake free market appraisals and our valuers will observe social distancing, will be wearing a mask and gloves whilst in your home.  So if you are considering a move in 2021, then please do not hesitate to contact our offices on Brixham 01803 85773 or Churston 01803 844466.

We are also undertaking viewings with buyers who are in a position to proceed.  All our buyers will be required to wear gloves and a mask at all times while they are at the property.  We will also politely ask all our sellers to vacate during the time of the viewing.
