Willerby Vouge 2018 caravan. We are informed by the current owners there are circa 17 years left on the caravan lease/pitch. Site fees (payable by two installments in January and July) are currently(2021) £5331 per annum. The site fees have currently been paid up until July 2022. These include water/sewerage and rates. Gas is bottled and paid for as and when needed.. Electricity is billed yearly.
