Last week Eric Lloyd & Co listed 5 properties, these range from a single garage at Rea Barn Close, Brixham for £18,500 to a 7 Bedroom property on Lower Polsham Road, Paignton for £495,000. These show the strength of the market and the confidence many locals have. Sales are also strong; 7 properties have been agreed across both offices during the course of last week. This level of activity really illustrates that buyers are out there.

Garages seem to be a hot topic this year, we have already exchanged contracts on one located on North Fields Lane which used to be on the Title of a Cumber Drive Bungalow, this was on the market for £16,500. Another has been sold on Nelson Road, this was on the market for £25,000. Another has just been listed on Great Rea Road, we are already receiving high levels of interest and don’t expect it to stick around for long!  This high demand is mainly driven by the lack of parking in and around Brixham Town.
