Broadsands with its sweeping beach and headland leading to Elberry Cove is a permanent favourite of the area. The shops at Churston Broadway provide for every need with the main Paignton to Brixham bus passing every ten minutes during the day. Homes of every shape and size cascade down towards the sea, many with fantastic sea views.

Churston/Galmpton

These villages are located between Brixham and Paignton. The parish church at Churston dates back to Norman times. The golf course is a favourite of the area. Galmpton village retains a real community feel with both primary and grammar schools. The heritage railway to Dartmouth is on the doorstep. Numerous country and coastal walks start from here.

Paignton

Paignton is the town at the heart of the English Riviera famed for its long sandy beach and one of England’s few remaining seaside piers. On its southern flank is Goodrington home to Youngs Park and the Torbay Liesure Centre. Closer to Broadsands are the residential areas of Hookhills, Roselands and White Rock offering a wide spectrum of homes to meet virtually every need.
