Bill Bye

Bio
Bill has now taken over as managing director from his Father, Jonathan Bye and previously his Grand Father David Bye. Being the third generation of the Bye family to take control of Eric Lloyd & co means a wealth of knowledge, expertise and trust has been handed down. In his spare time Bill he enjoys sports such as mountain biking and motorsport.
Jonathan Bye

Bio
Jonathan has recently handed over the day to day operation of the business to his son Bill. He now provides a consultancy role for Bill as well as assisting on the front line when required. However he remains on hand to keep in touch with and advise the many clients and associates he has know over the last forty years.
Vanessa Ripley
Senior Administrator
Bio
Vanessa has worked for the company since 1984, along the way gaining a wealth of experience dealing with a vast range of properties and people. Vanessa is a licensed member of the NAEA and an energy assessor. Working with both buyers and seller to create a stress free moving experience is her main enjoyment.
Wendy Button

Wendy has worked for Jonathan at Eric Lloyds since January 2013 and one of her responsibilities is to liaise with both buyers, vendors and their solicitors to enable a sale to proceed, exchange and complete as quickly as possible.
Rachel Cowls

Bio
Rachel's knowledge of properties in her office's location is second to none. She is involved in all aspects of the running of this busy sales office. When she is not at her desk she is out and about, valuing, listing and viewing properties. Over the years a great many buyers and sellers have relied on her understanding of all matters property to steer their transactions to a successful conclusion.
Tina Wootton
Sales Negotiator

Tina has worked in all aspects of estate agency for the past 20 years. As well as an administrator, she is also a full time sales negotiator. Tina knows the local area very well having lived and worked in the Torbay for 30 years.
Laura England
Administrator
Bio
Laura has worked in estate agency for over 25 years, starting in the Home Counties and has extensive experience across all aspects of the selling and buying process. She joined the office in 2017, with her main role as administrator but is also involved with sales negotiations and helps out with viewings. She is often the friendly first point of contact either in the office or by telephone. In her spare time, you will usually find her outdoors trekking the coastal paths or on or in the sea enjoying the beautiful Torbay area!
