This weekend see’s us turning back the clocks and starting to get ready for winter.

The housing market is still very buoyant in the area however it is important to present your property for viewings to take account of the inclement weather.  Opening up the curtains and blinds help to make a property look bright and spacious.  Turning on lamps and putting on the heating creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.  Brush up any fallen leaves in the garden and make sure that any paths and steps are not slippery.  All these little things help to present your home in a positive way and make any potential buyers visit a welcoming experience.

Bill Bye, Managing Director, said “There are still many buyers looking to move from outside the area as well as people wishing to move within the Bay.  We are still carrying out viewings during these difficult times and are asking buyers to wear masks and gloves to help protect themselves, our sellers and ourselves.”

If you are thinking of moving and would like a free market appraisal then please give us ring and we can arrange for one of our expert valuers to pop along and have a chat.
