You may be surprised that both Rightmove and Zoopla say the busiest day of the year for them is Boxing Day. Most years there is an increase in online traffic over the festive period, this shows the importance of staying on the market over winter. Bill Bye (Managing Director) commented “There may well be fewer buyers looking at this time of year, however we are finding these buyers seem to be focused and more motivated to purchase”. Here at Eric Lloyd & Co we don’t want to miss out on any Christmas buyers. We will be open Saturday 22^nd, Thursday 27^th, Friday 28^th, Saturday 29^th and Monday 31^st December. Then back to normal on Wednesday 2^nd January.
