Today starts the countdown to the Christmas period – the decorative lights have been lit in Brixham and the harbour is looking stunning with all its festive displays.  Huge congratulations to the ‘Lighting up Brixham’ team who have brought the seasons cheer to the town despite Storm Arwen putting paid to the Lanterns, Lights and ‘Luminations parade scheduled for last Saturday.

Still on the festive theme, The Christmas Train of Lights is now the must-see event in the South West festive calendar.  The illuminated journey starts in Paignton with the carriages decorated with thousands of lights, both inside and out.  The train travels to Churston and then through the 450 metre tunnel at Greenway, through the enchanted forest to the riverside village of Kingswear.  A great trip for people of all ages.

Kingswear is also the location of our Open House Event.  Two Waters, Brixham Road, Kingswear enjoys stunning views over the creek across the River Dart to the historic port of Dartmouth.  It also benefits from a parking bay – views and parking what more could you ask for! The house now needs improvement and provides the basis for creating a stunning home.  Guide price £500,000.  Tina will be at the house this Saturday from 10 to 11.30 a.m. – no appointment needed just pop along.

Finally, the updated Government guidelines regarding COVID19 mean that we will be asking everyone to continue to wear a mask (unless exempt) when viewing.  This is to help protect us as well as those who we are in contact with.
