DEVONSHIRE RETAIL PARK

The former Nortel site on Brixham Road is now well on its way to being transformed into the new Devonshire Retail Park. 5 new units are being created totalling nearly 80,000sq ft of retail space, along with plenty of onsite parking. The confirmed businesses so far are; Costa Coffee, Pets at Home, M & S Simply Food and The Range. Two units are yet to be let. This will make use of the old derelict site, providing much needed retail and shopping for this side of the Bay.

This increased investment in a great sign for the Bay, it will act to support the newly built White Rock Development and bring forward more employment for the area. Once the roadworks on the Brixham Road have been completed, easy access from both Paignton and Brixham should mean it is a popular site for many locals. With improved infrastructure and an increased number of larger retailers coming into the area, it shows that Torbay is the place to be.
