Although we are rapidly approaching the festive period there is still activity in the housing market.

The property portal, Rightmove, tell us that after the Christmas pies have been eaten, the busiest day of the year for people looking on their site, is Boxing Day.  If you are keen to take advantage of this activity, then we would ideally like to take photographs before the Christmas decorations go up.

 In the last couple of weeks we have arranged sales on a 2 Bedroom Bungalow in Cumber Drive on the market at £259,000; a 2 Bedroom Detached Bungalow in Hookhills at £335,000; a lock-up garage at Copythorne at £22,500 and a Victorian style house at Furzeham.

We have also been out and about giving pre-marketing appraisals on a wide variety of properties.  So if you are thinking of making 2023 the year to move, then please give one of the team a ring and we can arrange to visit.

Following on from the email last week, Bill Bye dressed up in his Santa costume last Sunday and together with over 180 Santa’s took part in the Santa Run in aid of Brixham Food Bank.  Although not a race, Bill was happy to cross the line in second place having not taken part in any running for some time.  Well done Bill from all the Team at the office.
