JULY UPDATE
Since the Government relaxed the restrictions for estate agents, Eric Lloyd & Co have been kept very busy.
During the last few weeks both of our offices have arranged sales on a wide range of properties. Our valuers have also been kept busy and we have received instructions on a variety of properties. Those properties new to the market are highlighted above on our latest properties.
Last week, the Chancellor Rishi Sunak announced that with immediate effect until 31st March 2021 there will be a temporary stamp duty cut on property purchases up to £500,000. Bill Bye, Managing Director, said “The housing market has been buoyant since our return and the reduction in the stamp duty has helped to keep the momentum moving forward”.
