Lanterns, lights and ‘luminations

 

This weekend sees the start to the festive season with the town’s very popular Lanterns, lights and ‘luminations.  

Due to the weather forecast for Saturday, the event will now be run on Friday.

The street market will run from 16.00 to 19.00 with musicians and magic.  At 18.00 the Lantern parade will walk around the harbour led by Santa who will then turn on the Christmas lights at 18.30.

To finish off the evening there will be a firework display at 19.30.

This is a great event for people of all ages.
