MAKE IT SPARKLE

As many will know, Jonathan Bye (consultant at Eric Lloyd & Co Estate Agents) has a bit of a passion for classic and vintage vehicles.  The season for car shows in now in full swing.  Presenting a property for sale is similar in many ways to preparing a vehicle for a show - first impressions count.  Vehicles which have clearly had love and care lavished on them stand out in the line-up. The same applies to properties.  For many potential buyers the first look at a property is the headline photo on an agent’s website – www.ericlloyd.co.uk – or by doing a drive by.  This first look is crucial in tempting a buyer through the front door to look further.  A few simple steps can make a big difference.  Make sure that the front garden is neat and tidy and if possible, add a splash of colour with a few summer plants.
