Once a sale or purchase has been agreed, the next stage is to make sure that sellers and buyers achieve their goal of moving home.  We find that getting a property sale agreed is one thing however getting the sale through to an exchange of contracts and finally onto a completion is quite another.

Unlike most estate agents Eric Lloyd & Co have a dedicated sales progression team.  Based in the Brixham Office Wendy and Vanessa are available 5 days a week and between them have a vast amount of knowledge and experience to keep sales moving along smoothly.   They work closely with local solicitors, mortgage brokers and surveyors to help the process along.
