Although the Christmas season is quickly approaching, we have been kept busy in both our Brixham and Paignton offices.  During the last week we are have arranged sales on a variety of properties from a 1 Bedroom Warden Assisted Bungalow at Poundsgate Close at £115,000, a 4 Bedroom Detached Bungalow at Hill Head Park at £315,000, a pretty Fishermans cottage in Ranscombe Road at £275,000 and a Detached 4 Bedroom House at £725,000 overlooking St. Mary’s Park.  While our Paignton office at Churston Broadway has agreed sales on a super 3 Bedroom House in Bidwell Brook Drive at £350,000 and an extended Detached Bungalow at Whiterock at £385,000 and a 4 Bedroom House on Hookhills.

Potential buyers battled the recent storm to attend our Open House at Kingswear which is generating good interest from buyers all over the country.
