GALMPTON OPEN GARDENS
This Sunday, June 16th, is the day of the annual Open Gardens Day in the village of Galmpton. This year there are 12 gardens open from 11.00 a.m. until 4.00 p.m. The gardens range from classic country cottage gardens through to displays equal to anything the Chelsea Flower Show can offer! Of special note are the displays at Galmpton Pre-School and the Community Garden at Galmpton Primary School. Entry to all the gardens is via a Garden Passport at £5 per person on sale on the day at the Village Institute in Greenway Road. Refreshments are available all day at the Village Institute as well as Sunday lunches at The Manor Inn (booking advisable).
