Wow!  FIRST for new instructions and FIRST for sales during 2021.

At the beginning of the year Rightmove issue all the statistics for the previous year and Eric Lloyd & Co are pleased to announce that we were the TOP agents in the town for new properties coming to the market and the most sales agreed during 2021.

The first few weeks of 2022 have seen the team busy with appointments scheduled to take onto the market new properties.  Fresh to the market will see bungalows in popular Smardon Avenue and Chestnut Drive, a character home in Prospect Road and Nelson Road as well as a flat in Parkham Road. 

Rachel, the Office Manager at our Churston Office, has been very busy undertaking market appraisals on properties across the Broadsands, Hookhills, Goodrington and Galmpton areas and will be putting onto the market shortly an imposing home in Churston Ferrers.
