WE ARE STILL OPEN
Although the Government locked-down the country again last week until the 2nd December, the housing market has been allowed to continue.
We are still seeing a good number of people looking to move and demand is high across the whole market.
Our offices are open but we ask everyone entering to use the NHS COVID19 app displayed on our office door and for only one person to enter the office at any one time. Don’t forget, we are always at the end of a phone and outside of business hours have a voicemail service.
When undertaking viewings all the Eric Lloyd & Co team wear masks and gloves when entering a property and only touch the necessary hard surfaces. We ask all potential buyers to wear a mask/face covering and gloves during a viewing and will only show a property to a buyer who is in a position to move forward with a purchase.
We are continuing to take all the necessary precautions to minimise the risk of infection to home owners, viewers and the firm’s own staff.
